Gurneel Kaur

Gurneel is an Early Childhood Educator and Licensed Childcare Manager with several years of experience supporting children, families, and educators in licensed childcare settings. She brings strong skills in leadership, communication, curriculum planning, and licensing compliance.

Throughout her career, Gurneel has led teaching teams and created engaging, child-centered learning environments inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, Montessori principles, and inquiry-based learning. She believes children learn best when they feel safe, respected, and encouraged to explore their curiosity.
